In Northwest Ohio, 32,000 people are living with Alzheimer’s disease and 90,000 friends and family are caring for them. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which is the Association’s largest fundraiser, raises money for increased Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
Alzheimer’s is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States and it cannot be prevented, cured or slowed. The Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties. If you need help, call us at 800.272.3900 or go to http://www.alz.org/nwohio.
