Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body will help you learn about lifestyle choices to keep your brain and body healthy as you age. All of our programs are designed to promote awareness about brain health and the basics of dementia as well as to provide information around topics like understanding dementia-related behaviors, communication, and legal and financial planning.
