MedicAlert® + Alzheimer’s Association Safe Return® is a 24-hour nationwide emergency response service designed to identify individuals with dementia who become lost or have a medical emergency.
We provide 24-hour assistance, no matter when or where the person is reported missing. Funding is available to pay for these necklaces and/or bracelets. Call 937.291.3332 to learn more about this service from the local chapter.
