The Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter is proud to announce Sue Stevens as co-chair of our Longest Day committee for 2019. Sue is the VP of Marketing and Communications for The Victoria Theatre Association. She has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of environments including academia as well as small and large non profit arts organizations. We are very excited to have her on our team! Please help us welcome Sue onboard as we kick-off The Longest Day® season.
The Longest Day is the Alzheimer’s Association’s second largest fundraising initiative where thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Choose an activity you like to do or an activity that honors someone touched by the disease and turn it into a fundraiser to fight Alzheimer’s!
- Get the word out and ask others to join your team and by making a donation.
- Register by December 21 at www.alz.org/tld, the winter solstice, and receive an insulated cooler bag and T-shirt upgrade!
