To help us, Herb Magley, a nationwide top fundraiser will be here to help us tie our passion to our fundraising. Herb, like many of us, has a personal connection to Alzheimer’s. His wife, Gail, was diagnosed when she was 54 years old; at the time, Herb and Gail were able to utilize the services provided by their local Alzheimer’s Association Chapter and join a caregivers support group, which Herb believes save caregivers’ lives.
Shortly after joining the support group, Herb started volunteering with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and in his first year was able to raise $9,000 for the Association. Since then, both his commitment and fundraising has grown, and now in his retirement, he works tirelessly to help others navigate the disease as caregivers and also inspires association fundraisers including Walk and Longest Day participants.
This year, his personal fundraising goal is $70,000. Herb is tireless for a cure and wants to help you reach your fundraising potential!
Together we can #ENDALZ
