Bike Riders, this one is for you

Join our Riding to #ENDALZ team in hitting the pavement and raising funds for four local nonprofits, including our very own Miami Valley Chapter!

Young’s Ice Cream Charity Bike Tour
Saturday, July 14 – Sunday, July 15

Options for rides include: One-Day Ride (Sunday, July 15): 28 OR 48 miles
Two-Day Ride (Saturday, July 14 – Sunday, July 15): 60 miles/day, 83 miles/day OR 83 miles/day with 100 mile option on Saturday

Riding not your thing?
No problem! We’re looking for two volunteers to run our Sunday, July 15 rest stop AND
5-8 volunteers to help cheer riders back to the finish line at Young’s Dairy (yes, there will be ice cream!) Running a rest stop involves making sandwiches and preparing snacks for riders and cheering them on as they hit the pedal and move on to the finish line.

Proceeds raised from the Bike Tour support the Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter, United Rehabilitation Services, JDRF and South Community.

To register for the ride, click here. To volunteer at the rest stop or as a cheerleader, both opportunities on Sunday, July 15, contact Emily Gamble, Special Events Coordinator, at egamble@alz.org or 937.610.7008.

The end of Alzheimer’s starts with you #Riding2ENDALZ!
