  1. What things do people have to look forward to for fall programming?

We have a great variety of programming this fall for caregivers, professionals and individuals living with dementia. Everyone affected by dementia can get questions answered, information and support by attending our programs. You can check out our Fall Program Guide for more information on these program.

  1. Why is it important for people to educate themselves about the disease?

It’s only once we educate ourselves on this disease can we learn how to best help those affected by dementia to live the best life possible. Knowledge truly is power!

  1. What has been the most exciting thing about being a new mom?

Without question, the best thing about being a new mom is all the love you feel. It’s a love I never knew was possible until now.

  1. Any advice you’d like to share to young professional women starting a family?

Read “Lean In” by Sheryl Sandberg. Among other great advice to professional women, she discusses abandoning the myth of “having it all”, referring to the work/family balance that so many women struggle with. Her perspective influenced my decision and mindset to have a family while pursuing my professional goals.
